MBA Program Overview


MBA courses at Centenary's Frost School of Business are taught from a senior management perspective with emphasis on the business skills and knowledge needed to enable broad-based leadership and strategic thinking. Students develop both the competence and self-confidence to advance their business insight and leadership responsibilities.    

Centenary Alumni

Graduate from Centenary with any major and enroll in the MBA Program, graduate the next May with an MBA. All courses taught after 5:00 pm!

  • Unconditional admission guaranteed for Centenary graduates with a minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Undergraduate Economics is the only prerequisite (Micro & Macro)


MBA Curriculum

The MBA Program consists of a pre-established curriculum of nine three credit hour courses and three credit hours of a project, for a total of 30 credit hours. There are no electives and the program can be completed in one year (June 1 to May 31). The courses in the program are listed below; those with asterisks require pre-requisites:

MBA570* Entrepreneurship and Business Development (pre-requisite is MBA565, Committee approval)

Financial Aid

Graduate students can borrow under the Federal Direct Student Loan Program or the Graduate PLUS Loan Program. Admission to the MBA program is selective and based upon all application materials submitted by the candidate.
